Orion180’s Write with Confidence Program is designed to serve as a comprehensive evaluation of a property’s eligibility for insurance with Orion180. This program was specifically developed to help your agency and Orion180’s underwriting department address any potential challenges your risk may have prior to binding and ordering a formal inspection. The goal of this form is to conduct a thorough review. By doing so, we can identify any potential concerns upfront, avoiding any surprises during the underwriting process.

HOW TO USE:
Please fill out this form in its entirety and have all required photos ready to upload. A list if provided below. It is advisable to review the following list of required photos before you start the form, so that you do not have to go back in the form.

List of the specific photos we are requesting:

  1. Full FRONT view of the dwelling and the elevation
  2. Full BACK view of the dwelling and the elevation
  3. Any Obstructions surrounding the dwelling.
  4. Electrical Panel(s) with the door open. This will help us assess its condition and suitability. Photos of electrical panel(s) with the door open are REQUIRED FOR REVIEW. The form will not be processed without photos of the electrical panel(s).
  5. Close pictures of the Roof with all 4 corners and close-up details.

In addition to the photos, we will have a few general questions:

  1. Home Location: Does your home sit at the front of the property acreage and is it visible from a main paved road?
  2. Farm Exposure: Is there any farm-related exposure associated with your property?
  3. Commercial or Business Exposure: Are there any commercial or business-related activities taking place on your property?
  4. Proximity to Fire Station: Please let us know the distance between your home and the nearest reporting fire station.

NOTE: We may request additional documentation to complete our assessment. Once you receive underwriting approval, kindly respond to the approval email with the policy number. This will allow us to update your account with the Write with Confidence Approval. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
